About your instructor

Hello, I’m Dawn. I’m an experienced osteopath and nutritionist. I understand pain, from both a personal and a clinical perspective.

If you’re like me, you may be one of the 10 million people in the UK who have arthritis.

What are the Terms of the Course?

Here are the Terms,  Privacy Policy and Explicit Consent for the course.

How will the programme be presented?

You will have your own course login to the software platform where the course is being hosted. Once in the course, you will see all the course module video’s to watch and resources to download. One module will be released each week to prevent overwhelm and help everybody learn together.

What support will I get on the course?

My goal is to help you every step of the way.
Here are the ways I will support you:
1) 15 minute 1:1 Zoom call with me at the start of the course – This is your opportunity to ask me any personal questions and explain any concerns.
2) 1 hour group Zoom calls at the end of each of the 4-week course – Ask me anything about the week’s module
3) All your questions answered in the Course community – Post up your questions for each moduel and I will answer them in the group conversatino.
4) 15 minute 1:1 Zoom call with me at the end of the course – This is an opportunity for me to guide you on your ongoing health journey and again answer any personal questions.

What if I can't complete a particular week or fall behind?

I will be happy to explain the module to you at the end of the Zoom Q&A session for that week.

You have access to the course material for a year, whilst it is hosted on the Thinkific software platform, so you can go back an look over the modules in your own time too.

Who will be on the weekly group Zoom call?

You will be with your fellow course attendees and myself. The Zoom software ensures that only people with the link can get access. I will additionally ask at the start of the meeting, to respect everybody’s privacy by asking for everyones’s agreement not to discuss the contents of the meeting nor name any individuals outside of the meeting. 

 

How long will I have access to the course?

You have access to the course for a year from date of purchase, whilst it is hosted on the current Course platform.

How do I know if I'm doing the exercises correctly?

If possible, you can demonstrate the exercise on the Zoom call. I can then watch you and advise accordingly.

Can you tell me what supplements I need?
