osteopath Dawn at desk New Dawn Health

    Hello, I’m Dawn

A caring osteopath and nutritional therapist

I help post-menopausal women look forward to a bright and healthy future by improving their diet and lifestyle now. Prevention is the future of healthcare.

I am highly motivated to prevent health problems rather than have to live with them later on in life. I keep on top of my diet and exercise to maintain a healthy weight that minimises my risks of common degenerative diseases like diabetes, heart disease and dementia. I want the same for you.

I know how you are feeling because I struggled with hip joint pain through my menopause, which I resolved with ballet barre exercises.

In my role as a nutritional therapist, I aim to reduce your pain, lower any inflammation, which drives disease, and improve your body’s metabolism and function, so you can enjoy abundant energy. I am passionate in my belief that we do not have to put up with aches and pains, dwindling energy and poor health as we get older.

"She gave me a complete nutritional guide, recommended supplements tailored to me and based on her osteopathic and nutritional skills, offered her deep knowledge around specific exercises to help deal with my arthritic pain"

    – Lady with menopausal & gut symptoms

"Dawn is a wonderful and caring functional medicine nutritional therapist. I needed someone who would have the knowledge and experience but also think outside the box with my complicated conditions"

    – Lady with chronic fatigue

"I finally enlisted the nutritional services of Dawn and with her expert knowledge and guidance we were able to pinpoint what was going on in my gut and put a comprehensive and effective protocol in place to resolve it. I now feel that wonderful vitality and energy and lost a stack of weight (which was an added bonus)"

    – Lady with chronic IBS

"I like having lots of options, especially as I am quite a fussy eater and many of the obvious suggestions for an improved diet didn’t inspire me. You immediately thought of some alternatives. I like that our sessions seemed very comfortable, and I could be very open with you"

    – Lady looking to improve her muscle & bone health

"I struggled with migraines for years and then developed severe joint issues in my wrists and later on my thumbs. After meetings with doctors and consultants and a number of blood tests, nobody could find the answer. My brother and mum have seen Dawn over the years and I knew how good she was so we booked a session for me..... I wish I had done this earlier! Dawn discussed my diet with me and with her in-depth and thorough knowledge came to the conclusion that gluten may be a contributing factor to my problem areas. Fast forward two months the headaches and pains had disappeared and 8 months on I am much more confident in myself and my food choices! I can't thank Dawn enough for her ongoing support that has actually changed my life!"

Nutritional Therapy can help people with a wide range of symptoms and conditions, it might surprise you to know just how powerful a healthy diet and good digestion is for your overall health and how common signs and symptoms may be indicating nutritional imbalances.

What does a Nutritional Therapist do?

In today’s health-conscious society, the role of a Nutritional Therapist is becoming increasingly significant. As the name suggests, nutritional therapists use nutrition and health science to promote well-being, combat illness, and improve performance.

I recommend evidence-based diets, combining the latest nutritional science with holistic principles for optimal health.
